For the purposes of this educational exercise, I am using a Lunar Phase calculator for 2021. However, use a calculator specific to the year you are in. When learning to 'Count The Days,' Understand that the Moon is steadfast and has not changed its ordained courses since its creation; and if Yahuah's time clock be true (and it is), it will stand the test of time. Learn the formula, then observe and calculate according to your time zone.
For Example
The above table notes the date and the time the moon was in its Gibbous phase, with 100% luminosity in the eastern sky above Jerusalem, Israel, in the year 2021!
The dates that are highlighted with an asterisk (*), are derived from the date and time the moon is Full in Jerusalem; minus the number of hours for your timezone.
You will find that the date given in the 'Full Moon' column aligns with the 'Time' given for Jerusalem.
Imagine:
On July 24th, @ 5:36 am (a Saturday morning); the moon rose in the eastern sky above Jerusalem and began its ordained course, heading west above Africa, towards the United States.
Across the Atlantic ocean, in Philadelphia, PA, USA; I decide to enjoy the night air. I fix myself a glass of iced tea and step outside onto my patio. It's around 10:25pm. The sky is full of dark clouds, and I can just make out a silver hue shimmering around the edges of clouds in the east. My phone chirps. I ignore it and take another sip of tea; and as I do, the clouds above my head appear to float away and dissolve. Suddenly the sky is filled with the magnificent radiance of an abundant Full Moon. 'Beautiful,' I sigh to myself. 'Absolutely beautiful.'
I Bless Yahuah for having created it.
My phone chirps again and, the moment lost, I pick it up and note the time. Friday, July 23rd, 10:36 PM.

when the moon will leave Jerusalem, Israel on July 24th @ 5:36 am, and travel west to shine above me in Philadelphia, PA, USA, on July 23rd @ 10:36 pm.

It's important because Yahuah is trying to get our attention. He's trying to get us all on the same page, the same path; and He's providing clues along the way for those with eyes to see. The moon is steadfast, and will maintain its ordained course, and arrive in the night sky above my head, according to the length of time determined by my time zone. All I need to do is look up and verify its lunar phase. For me it is 7 hours, whereas for you it might be 6 hours, 9 hours, or even 12 hours, depending on the time zone
where you live.
This is yet another sign that Yahuah's Time Clock is Steadfast and True, as time zones weren't a consideration in the biblical eras. No one except Yahuah, Tseva'ot can be this precise in 2021, and now in 2025. It is HaShatan who inserts confusion into the mix. That is the job of The Adversary; to be contrary, adversarial, and counter-to the things of Yahuah. However, if we profess to love Yahuah, we shouldn't co-sign HaShatan's attempts at insurrection against Yahuah's order; nor should we embrace his Gregorian calendar; which we should all know by now, was derived out of a wicked desire to continue pagan rituals. On March 21st, May 19th, July 17th, and October 14th 2019, the Full Moon over Yerushalayim appears to occur 24 hours later than it does in the United States, on the dates of March 20th, May 18th, July 16th, and Oct 13th. However, Yerushalayim is 7 hours ahead of New York; 8 hours for Central Time, 9 hours for Mountain Time, and 10 hours for Pacific Time.
Therefore, when you subtract from the times given, and count back 7hours, 8hours, 9hours and 10hours, respectively; then you will find that the Full Moon visualized over Yerushalayim, is in-sync with the same Full Moon we see in the USA. The dates are consistent with the four astronomical references given above, in addition to what you see with your own eyes. IOW's, no matter where you are in the world, the moon is consistent in its phases, regardless of mankind's perspective of it, or the changing time zones.
